These Terms of Service apply when you visit Cooking with Dianne Morin, purchase a product, subscribe to our emails, or work with us. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Our educational services

Our recipes, cookbooks, classes, and consulting are for general educational and culinary purposes. They are not medical, nutrition, mental-health, or dietary advice, and they do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Please make food and health choices that are appropriate for you and your family.

Digital products

Digital cookbooks and downloads are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission. Because digital products are delivered immediately, all digital-product sales are final. If you have trouble accessing a purchase, email us and we will help.

Spice orders, shipping, and refunds

Spice blends are prepared and shipped with care. Product availability, prices, and shipping charges may change before checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund. For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Payments

Online payments for spice orders are processed by Square. By completing checkout, you agree to Square's applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not store your full payment-card information.

Food allergies and ingredients

Please read all product labels and ingredient information before use. Our blends may contain or come into contact with ingredients that may not be suitable for every dietary need or allergy. Contact us before ordering if you need ingredient information.

Intellectual property

Website content, recipes, photos, branding, written materials, and product materials are owned by or used with permission by Cooking with Dianne Morin and may not be used without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Respectful use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Links to other services

We may link to or embed services operated by others, including Kit and Square. Their websites and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
